Dining Room at the Hovels announce new guest chef

The Harewood Food and Drink Project have announced two new dates for their popular Dining Room at the Hovels event this November featuring guest chef Nathan Davies.
The autumn and winters event calendar will include two nights on 22nd & 23rd November featuring dishes cooked by the former Head Chef of SY23 Restaurant in Aberystwyth.

Nathan, who previously starred on the BBC’s Great British Menu, was awarded a Michelin star within the first year of opening SY23 Restaurant and also won the coveted best new opening by the Michelin inspectors.  He has also previously worked as Head Chef at what is regarded as the best restaurant in the UK, two Michelin star ** Ynyshir.


His style of food is heavily influenced by the seasons with creative uses of locally grown, reared and foraged ingredients, which will work perfectly alongside The Harewood Food and Drink Project’s ethos of creating bespoke menus using ingredients found on the Harewood Estate.
