Dark Woods Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster, equipment supplier and barista training school cafe near Marsden village, in the West Yorkshire Pennines. Supplying a wide range of Yorkshire independent restaurants, coffee shops, farm shops and retailers, as well as prestigious brands further afield, such as Fortnum & Mason, Harvey Nicholls and 3 Michelin Star restaurants, L’Enclume and The Ledbury.
Proud to be a B-Corp business and Great Taste Producer, with outstanding specialty coffees carefully sourced through direct, long-term relationships with producer partners from around the world. Dark Woods also supports a wide range of initiatives, giving 2% of annual turnover to community projects locally and within producer communities in Africa and Latin America.
Dark Woods has won multiple Great Taste Awards over the last ten years, including two Golden Forks, three times a winner of the Deliciously Yorkshire ‘best hot beverage’ and a finalist in the BBC Food and Farming Awards. In 2024 they also proudly became one of the World’s highest scoring B Corp coffee roasters.
