I love the Rakusens products that I have purchased. Great to find vegan alternatives in my local supermarket that are so tasty and well produced. I love that it is also produced by a company with such a rich Jewish history too! Thank you Rakusens 🙂

I love matzos! So light and really versatile, you can almost put anything on them! Difficult to find in supermarkets though which is a shame.

The flame baked Matzo crackers crumble as soon as you touch them. Impossible to spread chopped liver on them now. You need to sort this out.

What a fantastic little company, saw them at Harrogate Spring Flower Show. They had a lovely modern stand and some delicious products, my favourite was the Pea & Mint Pesto!

What a lovely surprise to find this Mesters workshop in Keynkl.
It was such a small space to make such tasty chocolates – just like the workshops in the past

What a great find – I shall return for sure
