Ingredients
50ml Carthy & Black Lemon Gin Cream
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
50ml Clotted Cream
25ml Limoncello
Digestive / ginger biscuits
Fresh lime zest
Method
- Place the liqueur, ice cream clotted cream and limoncello into a blender and blitz until smooth and combined.
- Smash the biscuits into crumbs and sprinkle over the top along with the zest of half a lime
- Serve immediately
