Ambient Products

When to send

Please send your products as soon as possible after you have submitted your entry form. Products must be received no later than Friday 16th August.

What to sendBeer or Cider4 samples (eg 4 bottles of beer, 4 cans of cider)
Beverages4 samples (eg 4 bottles of apple juice)
Confectionery4 samples (eg 4 boxes of chocolates, 4 packs of sweets)
Free From4 samples (eg 4 jars of pickle, 4 bottles of beer)
Pantry4 samples* (eg 4 jars, 4 packets)
Savoury Condiment3 samples (eg 3 jars, 3 bottles)
Sweet Preserve3 samples (eg 3 jars)
Wine or SpiritWine: 3 bottles
Spirit: 1 bottle (70cl)

PLEASE NOTE: At least one sample needs to include whole packaging as it would be sold to the customer, so the judges can consider the design and suitability of the packaging should you entry progress to the Supreme Product stage.

*Should your product require additional ingredients, eg meat for a rub, please also include the ingredients and cooking instructions.

Chilled & Frozen Products

When to send

Please deliver your products between Tuesday 27th and Friday 30th August (shelf life permitting).
If shelf life is an issue, please contact us.

What to sendCheese3 samples (eg 3 blocks of hard cheese, 3 packs of soft cheese)
Fish & Seafood3 samples (eg 3 packets, 3 jars)
Free From4 samples (eg 4 packs of sausages, 4 x 500ml tubs of ice cream)
Fresh Meat4 samples (eg 4 packs, 4 joints)
Ice Cream & Dairy4 samples (4 x 500ml tubs of ice cream or equivalent, 4 packs of butter)
Prepared Meat4 samples (eg 4 packs)
Ready To Eat4 samples (eg 4 ready meals, 4 pasties)
