¼ teaspoon asafoetida
2 teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons turmeric
2-4 teaspoons ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon medium red chilli powder
1 handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped

4-6 fresh green chillies, seeds left in
3-4 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
