Naomi has over 20 years experience in business strategy, marketing, digital and communications, leading award-winning national campaigns for various businesses. But her passion is in food and hospitality.
6 years ago, Naomi left her corporate job to follow her passion for baking, opening her own café, bar & bakery. The business grew to 6 figures within the first six months of opening and even won Britain’s Best Loaf awards, beating some of the best bakeries in Britain.
Naomi started Baking Boss because we want other independent businesses to have the successes that she had. Today, Naomi aims to inspire and educate aspiring bakers and food entrepreneurs from all walks of life, sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Naomi lives in Yorkshire (UK) with her hubby, mad spaniel and crazy cat. She’s also a motorbike rider, fitness fantastic and classical cellist performing regularly with orchestras across the region.
