Award winning Farmers & Charcuterie

From our base next to Mount Grace Priory, Mount Grace Charcuterie produce a range of cured, smoked, fermented & air-dried charcuterie products. All hand-made in small batches with scrupulous attention to each and every ingredient which we use. Our recipes are based on time-honoured methods often going back hundreds of years – but with a contemporary twist to suit modern British tastes.

We source as much of our Beef & Pork as possible from our own farms located near the top of Sutton Bank high in the North York Moors National Park. Wild Game from the Yorkshire Moors & Dales.

Our traditional farming methods are reminiscent of what our grandparents would recognise. Supporting regenerative and sustainable farming methods wherever we can.

Slow growing, rare & native British breeds of livestock is our passion. Some may say this is ‘Old Fashioned’ farming, they may be right, but the rewards are the most incredible meat.

In addition to our range of Charcuterie we also produce a range of Sea-Salt Cured Bacon & Gammons – smoked & unsmoked.
All our products are available in Chef-ready wholesale packs for caterers and Retail-Ready packs for our retail customers.
