Taking inspiration from ‘Old Hardisty’, a local pioneer in food since the 1400’s, our smoked products are steeped in tradition. While we want to stay true to these traditional methods, our aim is to bring in contemporary and interesting flavours to the range. At Old Hardisty, we take pride in creating some of the finest smoked and cured foods. Using the freshest ingredients from sources we know and trust, our products are smoked and cured in an artisan style, then carefully hand-packed in our smokery here in the Yorkshire Dales.
We believe that nothing beats the taste of traditional smoked and cured foods, and our goal is to share that experience with all our customers.
