* 2 x 150g piece of Bleiker’s Smokehouse orange roast salmon
* 2 punnets of oriental cress, cut and washed
* 2 dessert spoons of mayonnaise
* Zest and juice of 1 lemon
* 1 sprig of dill, chopped
