Ingredients
1 packet ready rolled shortcrust pasty
200g Feta cheese
75g Cream cheese
1 Egg
150g Shaws Caramelised Red Onion Chutney
Fresh parsley
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4.
- Unroll the pastry onto a floured surface and with a rolling pin roll it out a little further/thinner.
- Oil the sides of a deep muffin tin.
- Cut out circles of the pastry and fit into the muffin tin.
- Prick the base of the pastry a few times with a fork and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a food processor, blitz the cream cheese, feta cheese, egg and parsley together.
- Fill each muffin well with about a teaspoon of Caramelised Red Onion Chutney.
- Either pipe or carefully spoon over the cheese mixture evenly.
- Bake for approx. 15 minutes until golden.
- Enjoy either hot or cold.
