Leftover Turkey Turnovers

Ingredients

Sliced leftover turkey (approx 200g)

1 pack pre rolled puff pastry

1 egg (beaten)

1/2 packet sage and onion stuffing (cooked) or leftovers if you have it

1x jar cranberry sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to fan 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry, cut in to 4 rectangles and place on the lined tray.
  3. Spread the stuffing mixture over each rectangle, then place the turkey slices on top of the stuffing and add the cranberry sauce.
  4. Take two corners of the pastry and join in the middle.
  5. Brush the pastries with the egg mix and cook in the oven for 20-25 mins.
