Ingredients
Sliced leftover turkey (approx 200g)
1 pack pre rolled puff pastry
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 packet sage and onion stuffing (cooked) or leftovers if you have it
1x jar cranberry sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to fan 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the sheet of puff pastry, cut in to 4 rectangles and place on the lined tray.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over each rectangle, then place the turkey slices on top of the stuffing and add the cranberry sauce.
- Take two corners of the pastry and join in the middle.
- Brush the pastries with the egg mix and cook in the oven for 20-25 mins.
