Botton Milk is Back!

The team at the Camphill Village Trust, an organisation that takes a holistic approach to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health problems have announced the return of Botton Milk.

Fresh, local, and full of purpose, the milk was sourced for many years from the cows at Botton Village, within the Camphill Village Trust community, which provided milk for the site.

Put on pause just before the Covid-19 pandemic, the milk is part of the Trust’s wider farm-to-fork story, and rooted in their ethos of meaningful work, connection to nature, and therapeutic Green Care.

From caring for the cows to milking and processing, the people the charity support are involved at every stage, with the milk pasteurised in the Botton creamery as part of their food preparation and processing activity and will be available to buy in the Botton Village shop, and as well as being used in the Botton café too.
