Charcuterie & Wine Bar now open at The Devonshire Arms

The Devonshire Arms have launched a new European inspired Charcuterie and Wine Bar set within the beautiful surroundings of their Garden Room.

The new dining concept includes a thoughtfully curated selection of food and wine and celebrates the rich flavours of the Continent, with much of the produce sourced locally from within the Yorkshire Dales as well as produce from the hotel’s own kitchen garden.

Diners will have the opportunity to create their own grazing plate or share a platter, choosing from a range of home-cured meats, local cheeses and fresh fish and seafood.

Adam Harper, Executive Head Chef said: “We wanted to bring a fresh approach to dining at The Devonshire Arms, something different which would showcase the best of our established reputation for great hospitality, but in a way that was far more resonant for the modern diner and today’s lifestyle preferences. We’re excited to embrace this change and in turn offer something new to our diners.”
