Hello, I am Catherine Riley, a food scientist providing food safety and technical support to food businesses. I have over 30 years of technical experience in the food industry and support food businesses in many ways including creating and implementing food safety systems such as SALSA and BRCGS, writing HACCP plans, improving food hygiene ratings, reviewing labels for legal compliance, advising on allergen management etc.
