We specialise in high quality, fresh cut herbs, baby salads and kale varieties alongside an extensive range of speciality herbs and edible flowers in the summer season, grown, packed and distributed to manufacturing, food service, wholesale and retail customers nationally.

As well as providing a quality product range to our wholesalers, we offer a retail range in smaller packs for farm shops, green grocers and butchers. We also have facilities to wash and chop our produce to supply to the UK Food Industry.

We have developed and extended our own state of the art processing units with BRC Accreditation. We can produce sliced, diced or shredded to your required specification. We also have the ability to process other products, to give you an all round service, some of the products we can process include leeks, watercress, mushrooms, red peppers, chillies, garlic and spring onions but we can look at anything specific to your requirements.

We are passionate about our products and pride ourselves on our ability to innovate and develop to match the needs of some of the leading names in the food industry. We work closely with NPD with our customers to ensure that new dishes incorporate the right herbs to give the best flavour and texture. We work through specs, sampling, trialling and production through to launch.
