It all started with the opening of a Gourmet Sandwich Bar in January 2012 in the North Yorkshire market town of Northallerton. Many of our customers commented “that was Proper Tasty” when they had a sandwich hence the trading name “Proper Tasty” was born.
Not long after opening such was the success of our sandwiches that we re-located to larger premises to scale up the production to meet demand.
We have a comprehensive range of sandwich types to suit all tastes and budgets. Whether it’s a sub roll or artisan sliced sandwich you can be sure of getting the highest quality, freshest ingredients & “Deliciously Yorkshire” taste possible.
We are keen to use as many local suppliers as possible, whether it’s the bread or the fillings that go into the sandwiches. Quality is always a key component when sourcing ingredients and creating our sandwiches.
