Get to know more about Rosalind’s Larder…

My main business is making delicious preserves using our own allotment produce or locally sourced. I love to put unusual combinations of flavours together using herbs & spices, though there are still some traditional preserves in my larder. I have won major awards since 2018, Great Taste and Dalemain Marmalade awards. In 2019 I was delighted to win best sweet preserve with my Blackberry, Rhubarb & Liquorice Jam. I also bake Italian biscuits, biscotti and ground almond gluten free pasticcini.
