We are a small family run patisserie/cafe in Beverley, Just a stones throw from Saturday market place. Run by Thierry and Nicky Condette, Thierry trained as a chef in Le Touquet, France, he then specialised in patisserie. Nicky trained in Hotel and catering management in Beverley. We began in 2007, baking from home, Thierry would bake during the night, a selection of croissants, tarts and brioche, then take them to the market to sell, we quickly expanded the markets we attended and after 18 months found our shop. We opened in 2008, with a loyal customer base, we serve a full menu, which includes breakfasts, afternoon teas, lunches, or simply coffee & croissant. our selection of patisseries are also available to takeaway. Twice a month we host 3 course specialty evening, which quickly became very popular, we also cater for buffets/corporate lunches , make celebration cakes and attend Food festivals.
