Whitby Distillery creates spirits for every taste, from our Best in Britain London Dry Gin to bold spiced rums and fruit-led editions. Each one is shaped by the landscape we call home. We roam the rugged coastline and nearby moorland, sourcing botanicals like heather and sustainably harvested sea ingredients, before distilling and bottling every drop by hand.
