Whittaker’s Distillery is family owned and run which is nestled amidst the wild, rugged, rolling pastures of Nidderdale. A unique distillery in an iconic setting, Whittaker’s captures the essence of the surrounding landscape to create international award gins, spirits and whisky inspired by nature producing the very finest quality products. Their London dry gins are small batch distilled and the water used in the products is drawn on site having filtered through the granite and limestone off the moors. They offer Distillery Tours which include tastings and a shop.
