The Organic Pantry launch new website

A family run farm near Tadcaster are celebrating the launch of their new website with a special customer offer on their popular organic vegetable boxes.

Nestled in the Wharfe Valley, St Helen’s Farm was been traditionally farmed by generations of the Watson family before being converted over to organic in 1999 by owner Jonnie.

The family now grow over 40 varieties of vegetable, cereal and salad crops from seed and launched The Organic Pantry side of the business to supply homes and businesses throughout the region with fresh, seasonal produce.

As well as a range of home grown items, the firm also have a strong network of other local organic suppliers allowing the team to deliver a range of dairy, meat, dried goods and household products direct to doorsteps as well.

Certified by the Soil Association, The Organic Pantry’s produce is also available at local farmer’s markets and an on-site in their farm shop.

Fanny Watson, who has developed the box scheme since its launch 17 years ago, said: “Our customers love the flexibility of our bespoke, local boxes. The heart of what we do is our customers, many of whom have been with us since the start.

“We’re really excited to launch our new website which has been many months in the making and has been built thanks to lots of great feedback from our loyal customers.

“We’ve had a really busy and successful 12 months after being named as National Runner Up in the Soil Association’s Fresh Produce category last year and the team have got some big plans for this year’s growing calendar.
