What you’ll need to know for submitting your entries
Below is some information about the judging process, including how, when and where to send your products and what you’ll need to include.
Judging
Product judging will take place during 3rd / 4th / 5th September 2024.
When to send us your Fresh Meat products
Chilled products – deliver between Tuesday 27th and Friday 30th August (shelf life permitting).
If shelf life is an issue, please contact us.
Fresh products – to be confirmed.
What to send
For each Fresh Meat product you’ve entered please send 4 samples of that product for the judging process. (i.e 4 packs, 4 joints etc).
At least one of these samples needs to include the whole packaging as it would be sold to the customer, so the judges can consider the design and suitability of the packaging should your entry progress to the Supreme Product stage.

Fresh products
Please deliver on the day of judging to the Pavilions of Harrogate, Great Yorkshire Show Ground, HG28NZ. All entries need to be with us before 9.00am. The judging timetable for fresh products will be confirmed in due course.
Please note: Late entries will not be able to be included in the judging.
