Apple & Almond Butter Toast

Ingredients

2 slices of Jackson’s super-seeded brown bloomer

Apples

Almond or peanut butter

Cinnamon

Cardamom

Coconut oil

Maple syrup

Method

  1. Slice your apples thinly
  2. Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil and fry the sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom to taste and allow to gently caramelise.
  3. Toast your Super-Seeded Brown Bloomer.
  4. Once toasted, spread a thick layer of almond or peanut butter onto each slice.
  5. Top with the apple slices and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
