Ingredients
1 x V and Easy Supreme Green Tagine Sauce Mix
2 x Tinned Chickpeas (400g), drained & rinsed
1 x Tinned Tomatoes (400g)
100g Dates, halved
40g Flaked Almonds, to serve (optional)
Small Bunch of Coriander, to serve (optional)
400ml Water
Method
- Add the chickpeas, dates and tinned tomatoes to your slow cooker pot.
- Blend the Supreme Green Veggie Tagine Sauce Mix with the water. Add to the slow cooker pot and stir thoroughly.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW or until food is tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
- Remove the lid, serve and sprinkle over the coriander and flaked almonds.
