1/3 Tin of chopped tomatoes)
1 Medium Onion finely chopped

1 tsp Garam masala
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp of red chilli powder
2 tsp Garlic
2 finger green chillies, sliced (to taste)
2 tsp lemon juice
Handful of fresh chopped coriander
