Goat’s Cheese Toast with Walnuts

Ingredients

4 slices of Brown Bloomer

90g goat’s cheese

30g walnuts

Honey

Fresh thyme leaves

Sea salt

Freshly cracked black pepper

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Arrange the slices of bloomer on a baking sheet and spread with the goat’s cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the walnuts on top and bake until the cheese is warm, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the slices to a plate and season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle each slice with honey and scatter over the fresh thyme leaves.
