Ingredients
500g Side Oven Granola or Muesli
100g Butter
75g Local Honey
75g Demerara Sugar
Method
- Dissolve the honey, butter and sugar in a pan over a low heat. Add the granola and mix well together.
- Line a 200mm x 300mm baking tray with parchment and pour in the mixture. Smooth with a knife.
- Bake in a moderate oven 170 C until golden brown for approx 20 mins.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Cut into slices and leave to cool completely before removing from the tin.
