60ml Slingsby London Dry Gin

30ml vermouth

Lemon twist garnish

Method

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin and vermouth.
  2. Stir well (for around 30 seconds) then strain into martini glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
