Ingredients

1 Packet Slow & Steamy Moroccan Style Tagine Gourmet Sauce Mix

1 Large Red Onion, diced

10g Vegetable Oil

2 Red Pepper, diced

1 400g Tinned Tomatoes

1.2L Water

Cooked Lamb, to taste. Shredded

Natural Yogurt

Coriander

Method

  1. Place the vegetable oil into the pan, add the onions and red peppers. Cook on a low heat until soft.
  2. Add the tinned tomatoes.
  3. Blend the Lamb Tagine Mix with the water and add to the pan.
  4. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. If a smooth soup is required, blend at this stage.
  6. Shred the leftover lamb and add to the soup. Simmer for a further 5 mins or until the lamb is warmed through
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and natural yoghurt. Enjoy!
