Celebrate the warmer spring weather this weekend by sipping on this summery tipple in the garden from the team at Raisthorpe Manor Fine Foods. Using their ever popular Damson Port, the fresh mint gives a summery twist to this perfectly refreshing treat.
- Dissolve 2tsp caster sugar in water at the bottom of a tall glass and muddle with a handful of fresh mint leaves.
- Fill with crushed ice and add the Raisthorpe Damson Port, Armagnac and rum.
- Use a shaker (or pour into another glass and pour back again) to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly
- Decorate with fresh mint leaves and enjoy
