Ingredients
50 ml Nine Tines vodka
25 ml Triple sec
15 ml Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
50 ml Rhubarb syrup
Handful of ice cubes
Slice of lime or a strip of rhubarb, to garnish
Method
- To make your own rhubarb syrup: Chop 125g in to chunks and add to a pan with 100g of sugar
- Simmer gently until the rhubarb is very soft, about 20 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Strain the rhubarb mixture through a coffee filter and collect the juice
- Get your Cocktail Shaker ready: Put 50 ml of Nine Tines vodka, 25 ml of Triple sec, 15 ml Lime juice and 50 ml Rhubarb syrup into your cocktail shaker.
- Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until it is well-chilled.
- Pour from the cocktail shaker into your glass
- Garnish with a slice of lime or a strip of rhubarb
- Serve and relish!
