Ingredients
25 ml Rhubarb and Vanilla Vodka
50 ml Rhubarb Puree
Champagne or Prosecco to finish
Method
- To make fresh rhubarb puree, soften one chopped stick of rhubarb in a small drop of water with a tablespoon of sugar and simmer until soft.
- Blend into a puree with a hand blender.
- Mix the puree and with the vodka
- Top with champagne or prosecco to taste – enjoy!
