100g Tortiglioni Yorkshire Pasta
2 cups of single cream
1 tsp cinnamon powder
zest of 1/2 lemon
150g caster sugar
100g Yorkshire Pasta
Dark chocolate
Method
- Gently warm the cream in a saucepan over a medium to low heat
- Add the cinnamon, lemon zest and sugar and simmer
- Meanwhile cook pasta in salted water for only 2-3 mins (still raw inside)
- Drain the pasta then add to the simmering cream mix
- Cook for 6-8 mins until the pasta is al dente
