Ingredients
400g of Yorkshire Pasta conchiglie
2 heaped table spoons of Capers
400g cherry tomatoes
A bunch of dried oregano (if you can’t find the bunch get the pot of dried oregano in your local supermarket)
A tin of Tuna in sunflower oil
Method
- Cook your Yorkshire Pasta per packet instructions
- Heat a wide based pan with a tablespoon of olive and add your capers. Cook until crispy and set aside for later
- Into the pan we go with our cherry tomatoes, oregano and tuna. Cook this in the reserved olive oil until fragrant (5-6 minutes)
- Once cooked drain your Yorkshire Pasta reserving a cup full of pasta water and transfer to the pan
- Add your pasta water to the pan, season well with salt and pepper and remaining oregano
