Simply Chicken Loaded Nachos

This quick and easy loaded nacho recipe from the team at Bedale based HECK uses their Simply Chicken Mince and is perfect for sharing with friends once we’re allowed to invite people back into our homes for dinner next week. 1 pack Heck! Simply Chicken Mince (500g)

2 tbsp Oil

2 bags Nacho chips

225g Grated cheddar

3 Garlic cloves (minced)

2 tsp Paprika

150g Sweetcorn

1 Red Chilli (diced)

5 Spring Onions (chopped)

1 Avocado (mashed)

Sour cream


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and throw in the mince. Once the mince has nearly cooked through, go in with the garlic, paprika, sweetcorn and chilli—stir this till all coated and infused
  3. Layer one bag of the nachos along the bottom of the baking dish and top with half the mince and half the cheese
  4. Place the other bag of chips on top and then cover with the rest of the mince of cheese and now with the spring onions
  5. Place the dish in the oven for 10—15 mins until the cheese is all nice and melted
  6. Whilst they’re cooking, mash the avocado with a dash of salt and pepper
  7. Serve the nachos alongside the mashed avocado and a good dollop of sour cream!
  8. Enjoy!
