Ingredients
1 pack Heck! Simply Chicken Mince (500g)
2 tbsp Oil
2 bags Nacho chips
225g Grated cheddar
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 tsp Paprika
150g Sweetcorn
1 Red Chilli (diced)
5 Spring Onions (chopped)
1 Avocado (mashed)
Sour cream
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C
- Heat the oil in a pan and throw in the mince. Once the mince has nearly cooked through, go in with the garlic, paprika, sweetcorn and chilli—stir this till all coated and infused
- Layer one bag of the nachos along the bottom of the baking dish and top with half the mince and half the cheese
- Place the other bag of chips on top and then cover with the rest of the mince of cheese and now with the spring onions
- Place the dish in the oven for 10—15 mins until the cheese is all nice and melted
- Whilst they’re cooking, mash the avocado with a dash of salt and pepper
- Serve the nachos alongside the mashed avocado and a good dollop of sour cream!
