Ingredients
227g Warrendale Wagyu Sirloin Steak
100g Goats Cheese
4-5 whole Figs
4-5 Walnuts
80-100g Rocket Salad
Balsamic Glaze
Salt and Pepper
Method
- Sear and fry the sirloin steak to your preference, however, we recommend medium rare for a salad recipe.
- Heat a frying pan with little oil on a high heat. Generously salt your sirloin and add to the frying pan.
- Cook on each side for 3-4-minutes for a medium rare sirloin.
- Leave the steak to rest for as long as you have cooked it for.
- Slice the Steak into thin slices
- Cuts all the figs in half and the goats cheese into slices
- Add the rocket leaves to a salad bowl, along with the figs, goats cheese and sirloin steak.
- Season as per your preference with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
