227g Warrendale Wagyu Sirloin Steak

100g Goats Cheese

4-5 whole Figs

4-5 Walnuts

80-100g Rocket Salad

Balsamic Glaze

Salt and Pepper



  1. Sear and fry the sirloin steak to your preference, however, we recommend medium rare for a salad recipe.
  2. Heat a frying pan with little oil on a high heat. Generously salt your sirloin and add to the frying pan.
  3. Cook on each side for 3-4-minutes for a medium rare sirloin.
  4. Leave the steak to rest for as long as you have cooked it for.
  5. Slice the Steak into thin slices
  6. Cuts all the figs in half and the goats cheese into slices
  7. Add the rocket leaves to a salad bowl, along with the figs, goats cheese and sirloin steak.
  8. Season as per your preference with salt and pepper.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
