A family run cheese company have opened the doors to their first ever shop, located in the heart of Bradford’s Darley Street Market.
Yorkshire Dama Cheese, founded by husband-and-wife team Razan Alsous and Raghid Sandouk, produce British halloumi style cheeses using milk from local farms from their base in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire.
The new shop was officially opened last weekend and will stock their full range of award-winning cheeses alongside their Labneh and Za’atar products, as well as a whole host of new flavours.
The new opening comes after a successful summer for the businesses who are already celebrating after being awarded a gold medal for their Chilli Squeaky Cheese at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards in Staffordshire last month.
