The team at a Driffield poultry business has launched a new product to complement its award-winning Yorkshire chicken.
Middleton on the Wolds based Soanes Poultry have collaborated with Thixendale-based The Chilli Jam Man to launch a new chilli infused hot honey, Sweet Chick.
Family-owned Soanes Poultry has been rearing and preparing chicken since 1947 and now sell their Yorkshire-reared chicken to butchers, independent retailers, wholesalers, catering butchers and restaurants nationwide.
Soanes Poultry MD Ben Lee said: “We’re excited to launch this Soanes and The Chilli Jam Man branded hot honey to complement our chicken and add flavour to other foods too. It’s a flavourful, versatile product that can be used to marinade meat, spice up seafood, drizzle on fried chicken, pizza and roasted veggies as well as on sweet dishes to take your desserts to another level.”
Available exclusively online at soanespoultry.co.uk, Sweet Chick sits alongside other bestselling chilli jams and sauces from The Chilli Jam Man and is part of a range of flavour enhancers that includes Chick Magnet chicken seasoning and Grill Magnet beer can chicken ale produced by Wold Top Brewery.
