Artisan producers head to Meadowhall’s Easter Food Festival

A gourmet guided trail company have teamed up Yorkshire biggest shopping centre to organise a new event celebrating the very best of the regions abundant larder.

Yorkshire LogoYorkshire Food Finder, who provide bespoke food trails and gourmet dinners from their base in Weldrake near York have joined forces with Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield to create a new event showcasing the local food and drink community, with their first ever Artisan Food Festival during the Easter weekend.

Running from Thursday March 24th through to Saturday March 26th the festival will feature a whole host of Yorkshire artisan food and drink producers as well as some of the region’s top chefs including Great British Menu star Stephanie Moon, Jamie Robinson from award-winning gastro-pub The Milestone in Sheffield, Masterchef finalist Lee Rushforth and Ashley and Ben McCarthy from Ye Old Sun Inn at Colton near Tadcaster who will provide an array of cookery demonstrations throughout the course of the weekend.
