Award Winning Harrogate Gin Couple Launch Two New Gin Flavours

A North Yorkshire spirit company are celebrating the launch of two new spirits just in time for the festive season.

Harrogate Tipple, makers of Premium Harrogate Gin and Rum have launched their new Blueberry Gin and Gooseberry Gin, both of which are made with ingredients local to their distillery on the Ripley Castle Estate.

Launched by husband and wife team Sally and Steve Green in 2016, Harrogate Tipple have already enjoyed great success with their first two spirits having won two Great Taste Awards and two silver awards at the prestigious IWSC (International Wine Spirits Challenge) and the couple are hoping to mirror this success with the launch of their two new distinctive flavours.

Distilled with delicate local botanicals including lavender and finished exclusively with Harrogate Spring Water, the new Gooseberry Gin is made with gooseberries handpicked from the Ripley Estate along with garden sorrel roots which help give the gin its character and unique green hue, while cornflower petals are used to give the Blueberry Harrogate Gin its unique and subtle blue colour.

Steve said; “Gin is increasingly popular and we wanted to bring an added dimension to our Harrogate Gin with our new flavours, creating new something unique with a subtle tasty twist on the classic gin and tonic.”
