Campden BRI is looking for companies with and interest in seafood to act as partners in a major research project. The main objective of the SAWEFISH project is to develop a group of innovative and sustainable techniques that can simultaneously save 20% water and 20% energy along the entire length of the production and supply chain. In order to obtain representative results, several types of fish product chains will be targeted.
