Cryer & Stott Celebrate Supreme Champion Award

West Yorkshire Cheesemongers Cryer & Stott are celebrating a successful year at the Great Yorkshire Show after winning Supreme Champion Cheese.

Their newly launched Ewe Beauty, a five-month matured sheep’s milk was awarded the top honour, beating some 800 entries to claim the prize.

The Pecorino style cheese, was awarded a gold before going on to scoop the Speciality Cheese Makers Cheese of the year and finally Supreme Champion Cheese 2019 at the prestigious event.

The family run firm based in Castleford are also celebrating after Managing Director Richard Holmes was recently named Yorkshire’s CEO of the Year at the Elite Business Awards earlier this year.
