Dining Room at the Hovels announce Ollie Bridgwater as guest chef this April

The Harewood Food & Drink Project have announced a Michelin starred addition to their popular Dining Room at the Hovels event this April

Ollie Bridgwater is Executive Chef at the Michelin starred SOURCE at the Gilpin Hotel and will join the team as guest chef on 26th and 27th April.

The Dining Room series focus is purely on the food, with stunning dishes created by a host of handpicked guest Chefs.  Giving them free reign to create bespoke menus each event takes the diners on a gastronomic journey through the Estate’s larder of fruits, vegetables, meat, game and wild foods.

Acclaimed as one of the most innovative and progressive food and drink companies in the North, their team are famed for creating unique and immersive pop-up dining events unlike any other.


Precise and highly technical in style and skill, Ollie has previously worked at the legendary 3 Michelin star The Fat Duck, possibly the most innovative and successful restaurant in the UK’s history for over a decade, where he was Sous Chef for over five years.

Tickets are available now and cost £135 per person, with £50 deposit.
