Enjoy dinner with a live cooking demonstration at the restaurant@SJT this July. Head Chef Dan Hargreaves will show you how to prepare three stunning dishes on Tuesday 2 July at 7.30pm on the first floor of the Stephen Joseph Theatre.
This special evening has been arranged to coincide with the opening of John Godbers’ world premiere production of his latest comedy, Muddy Cows.
After cocktails on arrival Dan will give diners a step by step guide to creating the perfect dinner party menu of Beef Wellington ““ with a twist – or a mushroom Wellington for vegetarians. For dessert he will be creating an indulgent Chocolate Mud Pie,
which is sure to wow your friends! The audience eat the menu Dan has created and are encouraged to ask questions and sample the ingredients along the way.
This will be the second Dinner With A Difference in the series, following the highly successful Italian Evening. The Wine & Cheese Evening on Tuesday 30 July is proving very popular with only a few places left.
