Free short course in Food Flavours from The University of Nottingham for deliciouslyorkshire members

The University of Nottingham are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their *free training opportunity to deliciouslyorkshire members*. Following a significant funding award, they are able to offer a limited number of fully funded places on our *Short Course in Food Flavour* – 2nd-5th April 2012.

*Relevant Content Taught by Flavour Experts*
The four day programme, which has run successfully for several years, introduces the fundamental science of flavour to help businesses understand the role that “food flavour” plays in the development of successful products. The course will explore how flavours are generated, analysed, delivered and commercially exploited, and delegates can choose any combination of 1-4 days dependent on the content. The course is particularly relevant to technologists in the food, drink or flavour industry.

*Full Course Funding Available*
The University has secured significant funding from the BBSRC Advanced Training Partnership which means that UK participants employed in the agri-food sector are highly likely to be eligible for a bursary which will pay the full course fees (usually £1,400) to attend.
