Dubbed the Oscars of the food world, the Guild of Fine Foods awards the best tasting products with a Great Taste seal of approval. Judged by over 400 of the most demanding palates belonging to food critics, chefs, cooks, members of the Women’s Institute, farmers and a host of food writers and journalists, Great Taste is widely acknowledged as the most respected food accreditation scheme for artisan and speciality food producers.
The Drop Bread Gorgeous Bread Sauce was among the 10,000 products judged. The Guild judges praised Gordon Rhodes’ product, saying, “It made a satisfying bread sauce with nothing but honest flavour”.

This gold star award is another accolade to the multi award-winning brand. Previously winning the award for innovation by deliciouslyorkshire as well as awarded Coolbrand status.
