Harewood Food & Drink Project is celebrating the abundance of autumn with a special Game & Harvest edition of its popular Dining Room at the Hovels on 16 and 17th October.
Set within the Harewood Estate, the event will showcase the very best of the season in an eight-course tasting menu created by Head Chef Will Campbell. The menu will focus on Harewood’s own larder, including venison from the Estate’s deer park, alongside game birds sourced from neighbouring producers Carolyn and Phil Bostock.
Will said: “Harewood comes alive in autumn, looking incredible with the changing colours of the trees. It’s such a fun time of year for a chef, tapping into the great produce we have available.
“From venison that has thrived on the summer grass in the deer park to wild game birds and mushrooms emerging from the Estate’s ancient woodlands.
“We always love welcoming guests to the Hovels, but there’s something really magical about it at this time of year.”
Tickets are £85 per person, including a welcome drink and eight-course tasting menu. For more information visit www.harewoodfoodanddrink.com
