Harewood Pop-up for Burns Night

Josh Whitehead

The award-winning Harewood Food and Drink Project (HFDP) are preparing for their latest pop-up dining collaboration to celebrate Burn’s Night later this month.

The team, who are famous for the pop-up dinners on the Harewood Estate have joined forces with Leeds based Northern Monk Brewery for a one off Burns Night special, hosted in the Chapter Hall at the breweries Holbeck on 25th January.

Harewood Food and Drink Project’s Executive Chef and former Masterchef: The Professionals semi-finalist Josh Whitehead has designed a feasting menu inspired by Scotland’s favorite son, wherever possible, using seasonal produce sourced from the Harewood estate.

The menu has also been designed to be paired with Northern Monk’s unique and award winning beers, so, diners can expect a multi-course feast with beers to match.

Josh said; “We will be using as much produce from Harewood as possible for this event and we always select what’s available and at it’s absolute best so guest get a real taste of the Estate during our events.”

HFDP Director Eddy Lascelles said: “We couldn’t be more excited to be teaming up with Northern Monk, one of our food and drink heroes. Northern Monk embody everything we hold dear at HFDP, always open to trying the extraordinary and the experimental. After the success of our previous events we can’t wait to see what we can create together.”

Tickets are £75 each and this includes all food and five beers. To book your place on this unique event go to www.exploretock.com/harewood
