The team at North Yorkshire based Masons of Yorkshire have teamed up with artisan cheese makers Shepherds Purse, to host a brand-new Cheese and Gin pairing experience.
The evening event will be jointly hosted by members of each team, with guests learning about the cheese and gin making processes and sampling a range of products in the ambience of Masons state-of-the-art distillery.
The event will begin with a complimentary G&T and cheese canape on arrival, before tasing and pairing five more cheeses, with accompaniments, alongside a selection of gins, chosen to pair perfectly with the flavour profiles of each cheese.
An expert from Shepherds Purse will be on-hand to answer any questions about their beautiful range and members of the Masons team will also guide guests through the tastings, with techniques and tips on how to enhance their enjoyment of the aroma and flavours.
The Cheese and Gin evening is just one of a programme of special events planned by the team at Masons of Yorkshire this spring, with cocktail and dining experiences also available.
